Grinnell Games: Twilight Trail Run


	DAY:	Friday, June 7, 7pm
	LOCATION:	Rock Creek State Park (printable map)
	DESCRIPTION:	Admire the sun setting over the water as you loop around the lake at Rock Creek State Park. Enjoy approximately 6 miles (10K) of beauty and adventure as you follow the trail around the lake. Park near the finish line, then hop on a pontoon and be chauffeured across a small stretch of the lake to the starting line. Celebrate your finish with a bonfire and party on the lake’s beach! Feel free to bring your own refreshments.
	TIMING:	This race uses a chip timing system.
	ENTRY FEE:	$35 ($50 after 5pm on Thursday, June 6) Guaranteed Grinnell Games technical t-shirt for participants registered before May 15. T-shirt availability is not guaranteed after that date.
	finisher medals:	All trail run finishers will receive a medal.
	PARTICIPATION:	Runners of all ages, experience levels and abilities are welcome. Pets and strollers are not allowed on the trail during the race.
	PACKET PICK-UP & REGISTRATION:	Check-in and race packets will be available for pick-up from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the starting line. Your packet will include your race bib with safety pins, chip timer, and a t-shirt. Race packets can also be picked up at the Grinnell Area Chamber of Commerce office (833 4th Avenue, Grinnell) on Thursday, June 6, from 8am to 6pm and Friday, June 7, from 8am to 3pm.
	WHAT TO BRING:	Running apparel (and a flashlight if you’ll still be running after dark!)
